RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

The Prakaash Collection does not offer refunds, but we do accept returns against a credit note. Please read the following carefully.
Exchange & Store Credit
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 working days of delivery.
- Products must be shipped back within 7 working days at the customer's expense.
- Once the item is received and approved, a store credit note will be issued.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Forward shipping charges (₹100) will be deducted from the credit note amount.
- To request an exchange, email laceshopindia@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for exchange.
- Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
Important: Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 2 days with a mandatory unboxing video to qualify for a replacement or credit.
Sale Items
- Sale, clearance, milestone, and birthday sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Exceptions apply only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect—such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
General Conditions
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Coupon codes cannot be used on exchange orders or credit notes.
- Products bought from third-party websites or stores are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
International Orders
- International orders are not eligible for exchange.
- Refunds (as credit notes) are only provided for lost shipments.
No Refund or Exchange In These Cases
- Pre-orders or customised orders
- Used products
- Minor colour or design variations due to screen/display differences
- Orders with 3 failed delivery attempts
- Shipping charges and customs duties (non-refundable)
- Delays caused by natural disasters, emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
- If an order is cancelled before shipping, no refund will be given—only a credit note may be issued.
