RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

The Prakaash Collection does not offer refunds, but we do accept returns against a credit note. Please read the following carefully.

Exchange & Store Credit

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Products must be shipped back within 7 working days at the customer's expense.
  • Once the item is received and approved, a store credit note will be issued.
  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Forward shipping charges (₹100) will be deducted from the credit note amount.
  • To request an exchange, email laceshopindia@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for exchange.
  • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

Important: Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 2 days with a mandatory unboxing video to qualify for a replacement or credit.

Sale Items

  • Sale, clearance, milestone, and birthday sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Exceptions apply only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect—such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

General Conditions

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Coupon codes cannot be used on exchange orders or credit notes.
  • Products bought from third-party websites or stores are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for exchange.
  • Refunds (as credit notes) are only provided for lost shipments.

No Refund or Exchange In These Cases

  • Pre-orders or customised orders
  • Used products
  • Minor colour or design variations due to screen/display differences
  • Orders with 3 failed delivery attempts
  • Shipping charges and customs duties (non-refundable)
  • Delays caused by natural disasters, emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If an order is cancelled before shipping, no refund will be given—only a credit note may be issued.
